Peter Gerbitz, System Sales Manager
Pete has been working at Lightning pick since 2007. “When I started, the goal was to increase productivity and accuracy so that you could reduce labor costs. Now, the goal is to increase productivity and accuracy because of a very limited labor pool. Customers have also adopted multi-solution approaches to their challenges. The use of various robotic applications is also increasing.”

Nick Krzyminski is a Sales Representative at Matthews Manufacturing with over 10 years of experience in various sales roles. Throughout his career, he has been involved with automation, supply chain, and manufacturing processes. Apart from work, Nick enjoys taking nature walks with his dog and traveling to unique destinations to explore roads less traveled.

Daniel is a Systems Engineer with Matthews Automation and has been in the material handling industry for over 10 years. He has prior experience with both MHE system design and project management. “Seeing different sides of the business has allowed me to understand how projects come together and integrate between mechanical, electrical, controls, and software design.”
